| 1 dozen Brussels sprouts cut in quarters
4 quarts salted water
cook for 5-7 minutes on med-high heat
drain

Saute in 2 tsp butter and 1 smashed clove of
garlic.
Stir 2-3 minutes at medium heat add salt & pepper to
taste. White wine can be used as an option
